Deniss Pashkevich is a flautist, saxophonist, composer, producer, ad-libber, educator and a prominent figure in Baltics jazz with his name included in the European Jazz Tree. He gained his education both in classical and modern rhythmic directions. Deniss is inspired by the music of John Coltrane. In 2017 his album “Yours Faithfully” won a "Latvian Grammy" as the best Blues & Jazz album. In 2019 album "Variations" that is recorded together with Vyacheslav Ganelin and Arkady Gotesman got 4 star review on one ofthe most prestigious magazines "Downbeat"and got included in their"2019: The Year’s Top-RatedAlbums" and got the Annual Latvian Music Recording Award for the best jazz album of the year.In his career Deniss Pashkevich recorded more than 50 albums. His latest album "sonic geometry: structures, patterns and forms" with his solo project TEN KA got two 4* reviews on the most popular jazz site allaboutjazz.com and was listed as no.3 album of the year 2021 by one of the most popular website tvnet.lv.

Deniss Pashkevich is the founder and visionary of "Riga Room Records" and "Riga Room Agency" - the organisation that's managing musicians and organising jazz concerts and workshops in cooperation with many partners in Europe.
